Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026.
dogbitesettlementcalc.com is committed to operating transparently with respect to data collection. This policy explains what information is collected when you use this site, how it is used, who it is shared with, and what choices you have.
Who We Are
dogbitesettlementcalc.com is operated by The Click Lab Agency LLC (business email: hey@theclicklab.agency). We operate a portfolio of free legal and financial reference websites monetized through Google AdSense display advertising and, on this site, an optional case-review form.
Information We Collect
Browsing dogbitesettlementcalc.com — using the calculator or reading the guides — does not collect any personal information. No account registration, comment sections, or email lists exist, and calculator inputs (medical costs, lost wages, severity, liability type, provocation) are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. No calculator inputs are transmitted to our servers or to any third party.
If you submit the Dog Bite case-review form on our homepage, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the case details you enter, and a timestamp of your consent. That information is only collected if you choose to submit the form.
Beyond the form, data collection occurs only through third-party services embedded in the site:
- Google AdSense: Displays advertising. Google collects usage data, device information, and IP address to serve relevant ads. AdSense may use cookies and similar tracking technologies, governed by Google’s Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-39MW18EBZ8) to collect aggregate traffic data — page views, session duration, geographic region, and device type. Analytics cookies are used to distinguish sessions; no personally identifiable information is collected.
How case-review form information is shared
If you submit the case-review form, your name, phone number, email address, and case details are shared with one or more attorneys or their agents licensed to practice in your jurisdiction, so they can evaluate your situation and contact you about it. The Click Lab Agency LLC, which operates dogbitesettlementcalc.com, is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the attorneys in this network. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship with The Click Lab Agency LLC or with any attorney until and unless that attorney separately agrees to represent you. The Click Lab Agency LLC may be compensated for these referrals.
By submitting the form, you separately consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email — including by automated dialing technology — by The Click Lab Agency LLC and the attorneys or agents your information is shared with. That consent is not required to use any other part of this site, and you can decline it by not submitting the form.
Cookies
We do not set first-party cookies beyond what is necessary to record case-review form consent. Google AdSense and Google Analytics set cookies on your device. Opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com. Opt out of Google Analytics at Google’s opt-out page.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share visitor data with third parties beyond Google (as described above) and, if you submit the case-review form, the attorneys or agents described above. Anonymous browsing of the calculator and guides is never sold or shared, because it collects no personal information in the first place.
Your choices and opt-out
The simplest opt-out is not to submit the case-review form. If you've already submitted it and want your information removed, or want to withdraw consent to be contacted, email hey@theclicklab.agency with the subject line [OPT-OUT], or visit theclicklab.agency/optout.
California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
Sharing case-review form information with attorneys in exchange for compensation may be considered a “sale” or “share” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and its amendments. California residents may opt out of this sharing at any time using either method above. California residents also have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request deletion, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights — contact us at the email above to make a request.
European privacy rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the EU/EEA or UK, the legal basis for processing information you submit through the case-review form is your consent, given at the point of submission. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the opt-out methods above; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal. Browsing the calculator and guides involves no personal-data processing and requires no legal basis.
Children’s Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy when our data practices change. The "Last updated" date reflects the date of the most recent update.
